1 on 1 Yoga or Feldenkrais

Work one-on-one with me on your goals & health conditions. Zoom, or at my home studio.
 

$100, individual class, one hour; or 5-class pass $375 ($75 per class, includes HST)

* 24-hour cancellation required to reschedule within 6 months

Workshop: Yoga For Relaxation

I specialize in relaxation training, and offer workshops in the community. Past workshops held at Janati Yoga, Queen's University (Yoga Club and Dissertation Bootcamp), the YMCA, and Vermont Studio Center for writers and artists. Get in touch about upcoming workshops, or to book your group's event.

Yin Yoga

8 am - 9:30 am Fridays

Yoga for Small Groups

Special yoga classes designed for you and your group (i.e., back care basics, strong & serene, restorative, yin yoga,  hatha yoga, relaxation training)
 

2 people: $300 each/10 classes
3 people: $250 each/10 classes
4 people+$200 each/10 classes
(includes HST)

Workshop: Body Inspired Writing

Learn to combine yoga and writing for freer expression: helpful for scholars writing papers, writers seeking body-centred methods, and yoga students deepening their study of the symbolism of poses. Past workshops held at Kingston Writersfest, Queen’s University Janati Yoga, and Picton Library (when I was 'Al Purdy A-frame Writer in Residence' in the County).
