1 on 1 Yoga
Work one-on-one with me on your health conditions and goals.
$100, individual class, one hour; or 5-class pass $375 ($75 per class, includes HST)
* 24-hour cancellation required to reschedule within 6 months
Workshop: Yoga For Relaxation
I offer relaxation workshops in the community. Past workshops held at Janati Yoga, Queen's U (the Yoga Club and Dissertation Bootcamp), the YMCA, and at Vermont Studio Center for writers and artists. Get in touch about upcoming workshops, or to book your group's event.

Private Group Yoga
Special yoga classes designed for you and your group (i.e., back care basics, strong & serene, restorative, yoga for athletes with tight muscles, etc.)
2 people: $300 for 10 classes
3 people: $250 for 10 classes
4 people+ $200 for 10 classes
Workshop: Yoga & Relaxed Writing
Learn to combine yoga and writing for freer expression: helpful for scholars writing papers, writers seeking body-centred methods, and yoga students deepening their study of the symbolism of poses. Past workshops held at Kingston Writersfest, Queen’s University and Janati Yoga.
