I offer relaxation workshops in the community. Past workshops held at Janati Yoga, Queen's U (the Yoga Club and Dissertation Bootcamp), the YMCA, and at Vermont Studio Center for writers and artists. Get in touch about upcoming workshops, or to book your group's event.

Yin Yoga

Workshop: yoga & relaxed writing

Learn to combine yoga and writing for freer expression: for scholars writing papers, writers seeking body-centred methods, and yoga students deepening their study of the symbolism of poses. Past workshops held at Kingston Writersfest, Queen’s University and Janati Yoga.

Kirsteen's yoga classes are fantastic!  She is my yoga instructor of choice.  Her voice is so calming that you can't help but relax and settle into your practice.  I have practiced with Kirsteen for many years now and no matter what type of yoga, the classes are wonderful.  I am currently taking online Yin classes and they are just what I need during this time of pandemic isolation.

I completed my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in Bahamas, and over the past 30+ years I have studied many styles of yoga and movement in Canada, India and the United States. have spent countless hours practicing and teaching yoga, and I also read a lot!
