Kirsteen's yoga classes are fantastic! She is my yoga instructor of choice. Her voice is so calming that you can't help but relax and settle into your practice. I have practiced with Kirsteen for many years now and no matter what type of yoga, the classes are wonderful. I am currently taking online Yin classes and they are just what I need during this time of pandemic isolation.
I completed my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in Bahamas, and over the past 30+ years I have studied many styles of yoga and movement in Canada, India and the United States. I have spent countless hours practicing and teaching yoga, and I also read a lot! I hope these recommended resources will help to support your practice.
