Feldenkrais Method
Explore ‘Awareness Through Movement’ (ATM) lessons with Kirsteen, who completed a two-year training program in summer 2023 (led by Elizabeth Beringer, director of the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego, who studied directly with founder Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais).
In an ATM lesson you’ll do gentle, pleasurable, particular movements that make the functional movements of daily life, such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving posture in sitting or standing, more easeful.
Some lessons are challenging, others relaxing. Everyone is welcome: those with injuries or other limitations will learn the remarkable powers of imagined movement.
